For the Love of Bags

Coach has a new Parker collection.

I like the colours - the yellows and pinks are bright and breezy and just right for Spring and Summer. I’m not sure I like all the designs though. They don’t call out to me and look a little cheap. Sigh… to me the Parker Leather Satchel (on top) looks the best of the lot!

Rume Bags are another brand of environmentally friendly reusable bags which I am starting to prefer over Envirosax. The reasons are these:-

• Rume Bags comes in 3 different sizes which makes it easier  to choose one to suit your needs. You don’t have to carry a large floppy bag with just one small item rattling around in it.

Oh and another thing - I detest tactics employed by certain quarters - read it here. No matter how green a company is, its no use if it behaves in an unprofessional manner. No one is indispensible. And neither is brand loyalty.

I am guilty of taking plastic bags everytime I grocery shop. Most of the time, it is because I don’t remember to bring my reusable bags with me. They are too big to fit into a handbag and I do my shopping after work.

However, I need fret no longer with my recent purchase of Envirosax reusable grocery bags.

These bags are so light and best of all, roll up into a very compact roll that fits right in your handbag, so you can’t even tell its there! Its also quite large and can fit quite a lot. It also fits up to 20kg so that’s 2 bags of rice! The other nice thing is that they come in loads of colourful designs to suit everyone’s taste.
